I got 3 quote for my roof. The other two roofing contractor are about 3k less but after doing research I felt Coastal Roofing was my choice base on credential and reviews plus they has been in business for long time. they even gave me an upgrade shingles without charging me the different from original quote They solved my overheat attic issue that my home builder created by using Ridge vent and box vent together. the whole process was seem less and quick. the material was superior. Great workmanship. The contractor crews have make a few black mark on my siding and railing. Corey and Matt send out the painter and touch up. They can not match the paint so they end up paint my whole siding without charge. David was very nice and professional throughout the whole process . Thank You guys.
